POTATO SALAD WITH SMOKED SALMON AND GREEK YOGURT SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
150g Olympus Greek Yogurt 0% fat
1 curry powder
1 Some rocket salad
1 some dill (preferably fresh)
100g smoked salmon into pieces or slices
300g of potatoes
1 Salt
1 pepper
1 Oil
PREPARATION

Preparation
Boil the potatoes, let them cool and peel them. In the meantime, add salt, pepper, curry, oil and dill to the Greek Yogurt Olympus and mix until becomes a smooth cream. Prepare a layer of rocket salad and arrange over the potatoes and slices of salmon. Drizzle with the yogurt sauce.
