The Olympus Light cheese is a traditional cheese produced from semi-skimmed sheep’s and goat’s milk.

 

Despite its reduced fat content (about 56% less than the regular feta) Olympus Light cheese is rich in proteins, vitamins and calcium, maintaining a strong flavor and a creamy texture.
